Personal Training Refund Policy Agreement

Trainer: Will Levesque – Personal Trainer, Elevate Fitness

This Refund Policy applies to all personal training services provided by Will Levesque,

including both in-person and online coaching. By signing below, the client acknowledges that

they have read, understood, and agree to the following terms:

Section A – In-Person Clients

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases of in-person personal training sessions and packages are non-refundable once

purchased.

2. Non-Transferable

Sessions and packages may not be transferred, sold, or shared with another individual. They

are valid only for the purchasing client.

3. Package Expiration

Single sessions: must be used within 30 days of purchase.

5-session package: must be used within 2 months of purchase.

10-session package: must be used within 3 months of purchase.

20-session package: must be used within 6 months of purchase.

Unused sessions after these periods will expire and are not eligible for refund or credit.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in cases of:

- Verified medical condition preventing continuation of training.

- Relocation outside the training area (proof required).

- Trainer cancellation of services with no substitute offered.

In such cases, refunds will be pro-rated based on unused sessions and determined at the

trainer’s discretion.

 

Section B – Online Clients

1. Monthly Billing

Online coaching clients are billed on a monthly basis. Payments are processed automatically

unless canceled prior to the billing date.

2. No Refunds for Lack of Participation

Clients should not expect a refund if they do not actively participate, follow the program, or put

in the necessary effort to achieve results. Results require commitment and consistency.

3. Communication Responsibility

If a client feels that the trainer is not delivering on the coaching offer, it is the client’s

responsibility to communicate this promptly. Refunds will not be issued for lack of

communication or delayed feedback.

4. Non-Transferable

Online coaching services may not be transferred, sold, or shared with another individual. They

are valid only for the purchasing client.

5. Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in cases of:

- Verified medical condition preventing continuation of training.

- Trainer cancellation of services with no substitute offered.

In such cases, refunds will be pro-rated based on unused coaching weeks and determined at

the trainer’s discretion.

Commitment to Client Success

By purchasing sessions, packages, or coaching services, clients are committing to their health

and fitness goals. The trainer is equally committed to providing professional, results-driven

services in return.

Client Acknowledgment & Agreement

I, the undersigned client, have read and fully understand the above refund policy. By signing

this agreement, I agree to abide by these terms as a condition of my personal training

services (in-person and/or online) with Will Levesque.
