Personal Training Cancellation & Refund Policy Agreement
Trainer: Will Levesque – Personal Trainer, Elevate Fitness
1. 24-Hour Notice Requirement
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Notice must
be given directly to the trainer via call or text.
2. Late Cancellations
Any cancellation made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the full session being
charged or deducted from your package.
3. No-Shows
Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be treated as a no-show and the
session will be forfeited in full.
4. Emergency Exceptions
The trainer understands that emergencies or sudden illness may occur. Exceptions will be
considered on a case-by-case basis at the trainer’s discretion.
5. Trainer Cancellations
If the trainer must cancel a session, the session will be rescheduled at no cost to the client.
6. Package Expiration
Single sessions: must be used within 30 days of purchase.
5-session package: must be used within 2 months of purchase.
10-session package: must be used within 3 months of purchase.
20-session package: must be used within 6 months of purchase.
Unused sessions after these periods will expire and are non-refundable.
7. Non-Refundable Policy
All purchases of personal training sessions and packages are non-refundable. Sessions and
packages may not be transferred or shared with others.
8. Late Arrivals
Clients who arrive late will receive the remaining time of their session. Sessions will not be
extended beyond the scheduled end time.
9. Commitment to Progress
The trainer is committed to providing high-quality training and guidance to help each client
achieve their fitness goals. Consistency is essential to results, and this policy is designed to
encourage accountability and progress.
